Is it in our Nature to be carnivorous? Killed, slaughtered, sacrificed and eaten - whether we like it or not, our cultural history is inextricably linked to the flesh of dead animals. Meat has played a vital role in our cults and religions and has shaped our everyday lives for thousands of years. No other food is as heavily debated when it comes to health issues, nutrition and ethics, as meat.
